What is Ideal protein?
The Ideal Protein Weight loss program includes all natural, medical-grade protein isolate foods and supplements which encourage fast, safe and effective weight loss when properly followed. When you reach Phase 3, you will re-introduce moderate amounts of fats and carbogydrates to your diet for 14 days. You only have one ideal packet per day with two other regular meals. Phase four is where you continue to eat the way you have by this time learned to eat by choosing healthy foods and the right combinations of foods. This is considered the end of the diet and the beginning of maintenance phase where you are allowed an occasional cheat day, if followed up by another Phase one day.
